ITEM 4.1. LURA ATTORNEY (presenter: Austin Flanagan) APPROVAL OF THE LEASE FOR THE PULLIAM BUILDING A motion to approve Resolution #R-57-2025, approving a lease for a parking lot in the City. ONLY IF DETERMINED NECESSARY: A motion to enter into executive session to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S § 24-6-402(4)(e), regarding the Pulliam Building parking lease. The purpose of this item is terminate the original parking lot lease dated August 28, 2020 and execute a new lease to replace it. AIR-081225 Resolution
